ᐅ Adhesive has oozed out between the window panes – is this a defect?

Our inspector says this is a defect, but the site managers disagree, arguing it can’t be seen from a 2m (6.5 ft) distance. What do you think?

hemali200312 Aug 2018 12:28I understand what is meant. Basically, the seal between the panes protrudes slightly on one side. We have the same issue in about half of our windows. But it is barely noticeable. Although I am extremely picky, I never even considered complaining about it.
