Hello,
My neighbor has built this "lovely" garden wall on his property, right next to our nice garden.
Do you have any tips on how I could improve its appearance without drilling into it?
At the bottom, gravel is already spilling out from the foundation, and the drainage stones are already lying on my property!
The gap between the wall and my flower bed belongs to me, and I could install ground anchors like the ones shown in one of the pictures.
Thank you in advance for your advice.

That thing will collapse after the first winter! That would be now
To be honest, based on the photos, I have little suspicion that it is finished as is – and I recommend a clarification method called "conversation."

The neighbor’s ground is now about 1 meter (3 feet) above my property because they have built it up to the top.
So the privacy screen should be at least 2.5 meters (8 feet) high, right?
And it should be more stable than the wall, which I don’t trust.
A natural privacy screen would be my preference as well, but it takes a few years to become dense. I will also plant some greenery.
Otherwise, we have a lot of granite and sandstone!
