Hello, I am uploading the attached photos. Specifically, I would like to hear from experienced professionals whether these cracks are normal or if something went wrong here.
Details: Drywall construction completed in 08/2016, occupancy started in 08/2016. Cracks have been visible for about a month, with a tendency to increase. All photos are from the first floor.
Wall structure: Single-layer drywall, exterior wall 30cm (12 inches) Ytong block plus gypsum plaster. Everything painted by a painter using emulsion paint.
The largest cracks are mainly at the junction with the exterior wall, extending deep into the actual wall.
I find the cracks quite large...

When you use paint, you get cracks; if you wallpaper and the walls shift, you get wrinkles. Neither looks good. If you still have leftover paint, I would also try filling the cracks with acrylic and then repainting over it with a brush. Over the past 2.5 years, we have touched up many spots without it being noticeable. It’s always best if you don’t mix the paint yourself, so you can buy more later if needed.
Sure, we still have paint left. I’m holding off on touch-ups for now since the house hasn’t been standing for long. There’s still plenty of other work to do [emoji6].
I hope there won’t be too many more.

Thank you, you give me hope. In our old property, all the joints were cracked as well, and I gave up.
Originally, I thought a new build would solve the problem by itself. I was wrong,[emoji4]
