Hello, what experiences have you had? And what can you say about the prices—are they reasonable, or can you get it cheaper elsewhere?
Best regards
Best regards

Bauexperte23 Nov 2014 23:44Good evening,
“Wrote” is a bit strong ... I just found it under my profile oops:
It’s a bit late for me today; I just wanted to quickly check if everything is running smoothly. Tomorrow I will be away all day, so I can only reply the day after tomorrow.

Bauexperte24 Nov 2014 17:45Hello,
I have about an hour to kill...
First of all, I want to assure you that the manufacturer—here Ytong—does not give anything away for free. You initially buy the blocks from them plus the construction management service...
The offer you posted covers "only" the basic shell construction; after that, it’s "game over" and you have to take care of the interior work yourself—plus a kitchen as a "reward" on top... (Row 2.00 m (6.6 feet) or something?) ... cool, that thing will cost at most around 1,500,000 (or 1.5 million). If I roughly calculate now, the complete project in the "turnkey" option would cost you about 250,000 to 256,000. To me, this offer is not exactly a bargain, and after careful consideration—even for a layperson—any further thought should probably be dismissed.
If I were you, I would first estimate the total cost of the entire construction project roughly. Then you will probably come to the conclusion that contracting individual trades locally will be more affordable, including external construction supervision.
