Hello everyone,
I’m not planning to build a house anytime soon (maybe in about 5 years), but I’m generally interested in the topic, actively reading up on it, and looking at many floor plans and so on.
The quality of floor plans available online varies a lot. I’m curious which floor plan(s) for a single-family home you find particularly good (for example, because you live in it and it has proven successful, or simply because you are in the process of building and find it convincing on paper) and what you like about it.

Best regards,
kejo84

(Additional question: Does anyone know where to find similar examples online? For instance, floor plans that have received awards or recognition, etc.)

Floor plans without a site plan of the property are almost worthless. So, if you provide one, it should include a site plan with a north arrow and, ideally, clearly indicate whether the location is on a slope or flat ground.

I like the Villa Tugendhat, but I don’t have the park to go with it. Many homebuilders face the same issue with a Jette: they can only find a plot suitable for a Flair. That’s why the answer is unfortunately a pattern without value.

I like our floor plan.

It suits us, fits the plot, and matches the surroundings.
I wouldn’t change anything.

Catalogs and magazines are nice, but there was always something I didn’t like, and they didn’t really fit the plot anyway.

I like our floor plan.
However, it is not suitable for families with two children.
It works great for couples who prefer an open layout. Since it is no longer on the iPad, I won’t bother uploading it.

By the way, architect designs, if they are brilliantly crafted and unique, should not be simply posted here. The architect holds some copyright.

I think the idea is great. I am still in the initial planning phase myself and mostly read here to see what criticisms there are about the presented floor plans. That’s why I would also be interested in positive examples. Hopefully, this thread will become more active. I would be happy about that!
