ᐅ Which companies offer affordable interior finishing services for shell homes?

Hey, since I have a relatively limited budget, I’m really trying to consider all options. One of my ideas: prefabricated house kits as a shell construction are usually quite affordable. If you order a kit and hire an external company to complete the work (many kits are also offered as turnkey solutions), the price could probably be a bit lower, right? Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know companies in the Berlin area that offer this?

How large would the plot be, and what would it cost? In the northern part of Berlin, I can’t find a plot within a five-figure price range :-(

The plot itself would be 300m² (3,229 sq ft). The price would be 100,000 including commission. Pretty unrealistic for a piece of meadow... but in terms of the location and connections, it would really be perfect... There is another one nearby for 88,000... 204m² (2,196 sq ft), but it looks more like a front yard... However, I can imagine building on the 300m² (3,229 sq ft) plot, since I’ve been there a few times and have already “built” in my mind.

I already have a few new ideas. the dream is slowly but surely taking shape

Is this even a buildable plot, this piece of meadow?

By the way: the advice not to rely on free handyman hours from a friend is the most valuable one!
If you don’t want to understand the background...

Others in your situation also dream of owning their own home. Most eventually wake up. You keep dreaming of your castle in the air.

Most people here seem so bitter... unbelievable... I think I'll look for a friendly forum where you’re allowed to dream and where dreams eventually come true....

Most of the people who replied to you have either built a house or are currently in the process. They are realistic, know the costs, are somewhat familiar with building regulations, and understand the effort involved in home construction and possible DIY work. You simply don’t want to acknowledge certain facts and prefer to live in your dream world. Maybe that’s even an advantage in your line of work – giving children dreams.
Just don’t expect everyone else to enter your dream world.

Then again, I might be completely wrong, and your wish for your own home will come true in a couple of days.
