ᐅ Which companies offer affordable interior finishing services for shell homes?

Hey, since I have a relatively limited budget, I’m really trying to consider all options. One of my ideas: prefabricated house kits as a shell construction are usually quite affordable. If you order a kit and hire an external company to complete the work (many kits are also offered as turnkey solutions), the price could probably be a bit lower, right? Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know companies in the Berlin area that offer this?

It’s quite simple – ask the bank how much loan they can offer you, then check (get offers) how much house you can afford with that.

I thought the OP mentioned a loan of 180,000 and that they have saved 10,000 (both of which they hadn’t even dreamed of before ).

Come on, everyone, please stay objective. There’s no need to make excessive jokes. The original poster has surely understood the concerns and will hopefully take them into account.

most people here are so bitter... unbelievable... I think I’ll look for a friendlier forum where you can dream and eventually make those dreams come true....

Well, let’s put it this way: the forum tends to be cautiously optimistic, and if you don’t pay for a house out of petty cash, you’ll first get thoroughly criticized. After that, it’s up to each individual to make the best of it after the initial rough landing.

The forum members here just want to prevent illusory dreams from leading someone into misfortune. It is better to be somewhat pessimistic and avoid ruining your life than to buy or build a house and lose everything because you approached the situation too naively.

Very commendable and impressive to save 2,000 euros within 10 days.

Your statement that you have a low income is relative. You may not be able or willing to make big leaps, but of course there is saving potential with salary levels around E8/E9 (TVöD) if living expenses are low and you are frugal.

However, you won’t get very far with 180,000 euros – a simple calculation in this thread illustrates that quite well.

Let’s just say the forum is cautiously optimistic, and if you don’t pay for a house out of your own pocket you will be torn apart here.

I think you don’t know the forum well enough: that is definitely not true. No one here needs to have a big or small “own pocket” to be able to build.
However, we are not driven by schadenfreude to take pleasure in the ruin of those who have miscalculated.

It certainly doesn’t take three years.

It’s always a balancing act. It’s equally unfortunate for all those whose dreams were taken away from them too early.
