In our new build, we have a serious mold problem in the concrete basement. Despite regular ventilation, it just doesn’t get any drier. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a reliable ventilation or drying device for the basement? I want to finally solve this issue because in its current state, the basement is unusable.

Ricardo-13 Jan 2016 09:47We had a water pipe inside the wall that was leaking. It only dripped, but that was enough. The constant moisture then led to mold. A dehumidifier was rented.
