In our new build, we are planning to install tiles in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, and utility room.

Does it look odd to have the same floor tiles everywhere? Or would you tile each room individually?

We have only one type of tile in the house and bathrooms.

In my opinion, it gives off a slaughterhouse vibe. Tiles should be used only in wet areas, hallways, and the kitchen, and with some variation.

Slaughterhouse look with the modern large-format tiles? Or did I miss that pure white small tiles are being used?

I also prefer using the same floor tiles if there is a connection through the hallway. But take a look at show homes to see what you like best.

There is absolutely nothing like a slaughterhouse here.

The less mix, the more spacious it feels! Go for it!

We have the same tiles in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, office, and utility room. Only the living and dining area has different tiles. This way, the areas are visually separated.
