Hello everyone,
we are currently finalizing the electrical planning.
We had initially planned to install sockets near the windows. Besides the idea of lighting the windows at Christmas, we were also considering the option to convert the manual roller shutters to electric ones if needed (either completely or by using electric strap winders).
The electrician has now planned the sockets on the opposite sides, stating, "You can’t put them on the side with the strap winders." Is this really the case, or is it just too complicated for him?

It is doable, but in my opinion, it looks awkward (especially if the belt winder is removed). Try marking the positions on the wall and consider which layout you prefer.
