Hello, I need to install about 40 meters (130 feet) of sewage pipe. I would like to later use the base layer required for this for paving stones on a walkway. The path will run along a property boundary. How much distance do I need to maintain legally and technically from the neighbor for the pipe? In the end, there will also be 2 inspection chambers involved...
You can’t build too close to the boundary, or the fence will fall within it.
But it sounds like an easement (right of way, access, and utilities) of 3.5m (11.5 feet) width and 40m (131 feet) length.
Alongside sewage, there also needs to be water, gas, electricity, cables (TV or fiber optic network), video intercom and doorbell with chime, 220V gate motor, and pathway lighting, and during construction, it may even serve as a construction access road for 40-ton trucks.

A trench is usually about 1 m (39 inches) deep and therefore more challenging.
Choose a convenient width for the trench that allows a mini excavator to be used, so about 1 m (39 inches) away from the fence. This also works better with the spacing of the manholes from the fence. Try not to place the manholes directly next to a fence post.
