The path will run along a property boundary. How much distance do I need to maintain legally and technically from the neighbor for the pipe? The handover shaft must be accessible, and shortly before the house entrance there must also be an accessible one according to the DIN standard (the architect mentioned this), in between there is exactly something like what you are referring to (40 cm (16 inches) diameter). The handover shaft is located 2m (6.6 ft) behind the gate; from there, everything is routed to/into the house using 125/100 mm (5/4 inch) pipes with simple inspection openings.

He says it has to be according to DIN standards.

Then it seems that we only have the handover shaft.
