Hello, I need to install about 40 meters (130 feet) of sewage pipe. I would like to later use the base layer required for this for paving stones on a walkway. The path will run along a property boundary. How much distance do I need to maintain legally and technically from the neighbor for the pipe? In the end, there will also be 2 inspection chambers involved...

How many meters (feet) of ductwork do you have?

Approximately 60m (197 feet), in Berlin,
the handover shaft needs to be installed; after that, it is a private matter up to the house exit, which is done by the construction company.
In our case, all of this was done by a civil engineer.

Well, it seems to vary from state to state.

Edit: And from municipality to municipality. My developer said that drainage requirements are minimal in some municipalities, but where we are, they are particularly strict. I guess you can’t really choose.
