Hello, in our new build we have a concrete ceiling, above which is the attic that cannot be converted. It is used as a storage area, and the gas condensing boiler with water tank will be installed there. The roof has fiber cement boards on it.
Now the question is whether we should insulate the attic floor or install insulation between the rafters?
Additionally, what type of flooring would you recommend for the attic? If we go with insulation between the rafters, should we leave the concrete floor as is?
