Hello, I wanted to share my concept with you and ask for suggestions.
As of this afternoon: a KfW40 slab-on-grade foundation is not feasible in practice. According to the builder, there is no approved 024 insulation.
Additional costs for KfW40:
Insulation for foundation + walls: €8000 (as described above but not possible, just for my interest)
Roof: approximately €700
11 windows + 2 doors: big question mark (0.78 <-> 0.9 or 0.85 <-> 1.2)
Maybe you have some tips on which adjustment is most effective and what I should do about the slab.
With 035 insulation, it will probably be impossible.
