Hello everyone,

A new residential development is being opened up in our area.

The allocation will be done by lottery, and you can apply for up to three plots.

Which ones would you choose?

A small note: the plan is oriented to true north. A tram line runs along the west side of the development, and there are already buildings to the northeast. To the south, there is a nature reserve.

I look forward to seeing your selections.

It is also a question of whether you a) want to have your ideal plot of land absolutely without compromise (the jackpot) or none at all.

Or b) want to maximize your chances of success.

Game theory.

Most people want to get started right away and would apply for BA 1. So, in case b), BA 2 would be better.

Since the sizes are different, it would also be important to know whether the largest plots are still within budget or already clearly exceed the planned budget.

Then I will go with option a).

Budget is not a decisive factor, which means size is not limited.

My main concern is the location.

So for option a), I would instinctively say 8, 10, and 14. Numbers 1, 5, and 6 would be ruled out for me because of their awkward layouts. 2 and 3 would probably work as well, but the decision depends on the feel on site. Number 4 would be excluded due to its location, and 7 is relatively small and framed somewhat awkwardly by number 6. Numbers 11 to 13 could also be possible. Are there any building regulations or restrictions?

Thank you in advance for the answers. Yes, there is a development plan.

In case anyone is still interested… I would currently consider 5 or 6. If I understand correctly, the development of these two pipe-shaped plots is accessed via the narrow strips to the north over plots 4 and 7, and to the south there is a green strip leading to the street.

Or 32.
