Hello everyone,
A new residential development is being opened up in our area.
The allocation will be done by lottery, and you can apply for up to three plots.
Which ones would you choose?
A small note: the plan is oriented to true north. A tram line runs along the west side of the development, and there are already buildings to the northeast. To the south, there is a nature reserve.
I look forward to seeing your selections.

Off Topic: After reviewing the development plan, I often wonder why so many plots are offered for semi-detached houses when most building enthusiasts prefer single-family detached homes. Does anyone know the reason for this? Is it possible to make more profit from two semi-detached units than from one detached single-family house? If you have looked closely at this project, you should have noticed that about five-sixths of the plots went to experienced land developers—who you can be sure plan the mix that sells fastest (so definitely not ignoring what the majority prefers). Semi-detached houses are very popular right now for two main reasons: the demand for building plots significantly exceeds that for building land—so from the sellers’ perspective, it’s easier to find buyers who can afford it; and from the buyers’ perspective, they save on the plot area needed for the building setback.

when most building enthusiasts prefer single-family detached homes you probably mean "detached single-family homes." You shouldn’t equate dreams with realities: people generally desire more than they can afford (in this case: their total inspirations exceed the budget). You can often read this here: people dream of a Jette or at least a Maxime, but only have the budget for a Flair, which then at least has to be clad with brick as a consolation.
