Hello dear forum members!
I am new here and would like to hear your opinions about the following residential area. We are considering buying a plot of land there to build a single-family house. If you had free choice, which one would you choose or at least avoid?
A few notes:
1. North is at the top edge of the image
2. The road bordering the development at the top left is quite busy
3. We are looking for a medium-sized plot, at least 500m2 (5380 square feet)
Thank you very much.

Tell us a bit about the selection process. How many entries are you allowed to put in the pot, and so on?

Personally, I would also prefer a south or west orientation for the garden.
Many choose C1. What about the plot at the left end of the retention basin? If you want children, you would need to fence it...
What about the planned street G? Either at the bottom with a south orientation or in the middle with a west orientation. We also have a school and walking path behind our garden, which gives an additional sense of openness despite having a hedge. The neighbors are simply further away.
In general: a corner plot is not ideal because of the street cleaning obligation, and a long driveway on the property for a carport can become more expensive.
Niche plots (at second glance attractive, less frequented, but easier to get)... oops, not possible to name without numbers. However, there are several in each planned street.
