ᐅ Plot of land with a slight slope

Hello,
the plot of land I want to buy is rectangular, measuring 20 meters by 25 meters (65.6 feet by 82 feet).
The land has a slight slope from the back left to the front right, about 1.5 meters (5 feet).
My question is: Is this considered significant, or would the plot still be seen as “nearly flat”?
If the land is leveled, there will be height differences of about 0.75 meters (2.5 feet) compared to the neighboring plots.
How should these height differences be taken into account later, especially on the right property boundary where a garage is planned?
Thanks and best regards,
Tom

Personally, I am a proponent of providing all relevant information when asking questions. In cases like this, that could include a simple sketch showing the plot of land, the general slope, whether the slope is even, the road, and the planned construction. If neighbors have already been modeled, include that as well. That way, we don’t have to guess from which perspective the garage is on the right and whether that means it is at the top or bottom.

If you ask a second question, it should also contain all the complete information. Well-asked questions get good answers.

Well-formulated questions also receive good answers
Poorly formulated ones often do as well. What I find most frustrating are the questioners who react stubbornly or rudely when given advice on how to ask better questions.

.. and it is also helpful to explain why, as in this example, someone would even consider leveling the entire plot .. and what they expect to achieve from it. I guess ... a level surface around the desired door from the garage into the house 😉
