Mottenhausen5 Feb 2019 11:21I have 306m² (3,290 sqft), L-shaped. With the required setback area, a house measuring 10.5 x 7.0m (34.4 x 23.0 ft) fits on it, as well as an extension of about 4 x 4.5m (13.1 x 14.8 ft). That leaves roughly a 3m (10 ft) strip all around. I am proceeding without the extension for now.
