Hello everyone!

We want to do everything ourselves regarding the bathroom area in front of the wall – during a walkthrough, I noticed that the mounting bars, onto which the wall-hung toilet is slid, are not properly level:

Yellow pipe passing through tiled wall with spirit level during interior installation

Also, unlike what I’m used to, these bars cannot be turned back inward with a flathead screwdriver. A Geberit concealed cistern (I believe Sigma model) was installed.

Is this normal?

Thanks & best regards,

hm... I think so, because:
The sanitary fixtures have enough play to be leveled properly.

Which exact Geberit model is it? Can you adjust the height from above? Maybe it’s just slightly tilted.

How large are the holes in the tile?

1x Geberit Sigma and once Omega – both are tilted like this.

I can’t access from above anymore, it’s already fully tiled.

Good to know – it would be really unfortunate if it’s so tilted that the adjustment isn’t enough ;-)

By "from above," I mean when operating the flush.

Ah 🙂 I need to check that! Thanks for the tip.
