We want to do everything ourselves regarding the bathroom area in front of the wall – during a walkthrough, I noticed that the mounting bars, onto which the wall-hung toilet is slid, are not properly level:

Yellow pipe passing through tiled wall with spirit level during interior installation

Also, unlike what I’m used to, these bars cannot be turned back inward with a flathead screwdriver. A Geberit concealed cistern (I believe Sigma model) was installed.

Is this normal?

Thanks & best regards,

And am I right in understanding that the flush plate will be installed at an angle?

The area where the flush plate is located is level, but it sticks out further from the wall on the left side compared to the right. According to the plumbing company, this is still acceptable because the toilets are supposed to allow enough adjustment. Well...
