Hello dear forum,

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything online that helps me with this issue.
We started building our single-family house last year, and everything went well so far. It was built with reinforced concrete blocks, the roof is on and covered, the interior plaster, screed, and heating-up phase are now completed. A week ago, the first layer of the exterior plaster was finished (at that time, the heating program was still running). The insulation and vapor retarder were installed before the interior plaster and screed works.
During the exterior plastering, we noticed water being pushed through the wall to the outside.
Interior finishing detail: black steel beams, blue painter’s tape, and plastered floor area

From the inside, it looks like this:

Construction and renovation area: ceiling with insulation foil, partially finished wall, and loose cables.

After more water stains appeared on the vapor retarder, we made a cut and touched the insulation. It is dry on the side facing the vapor retarder but soaking wet towards the roof.

Today, water also started dripping heavily from the inside at another spot, where the vapor retarder overlap is sealed.
Now I’m concerned that the insulation there is wet as well.

Does anyone have experience with these phenomena? Could this be caused by the roof or by a fault in the vapor retarder?

Maybe someone can help me, as I am out of ideas with my "layman" knowledge.

Best regards
