If a maintenance contract for the entire building has been signed and runs for x years, it cannot be changed overnight. Basically, the property manager only does what the condominium owners’ association (HOA) has agreed upon, unless they have been granted some discretionary powers by the HOA within a certain scope.

HilfeHilfe15 Jul 2014 14:06I agree with Dirk! For us, it was easier because there are two apartments in one house. Since we were both owners, we were in agreement. In your case, the "neutral" billing will also have an impact.
