I estimate that the cost in the basement will average around 1,200 EUR per square meter (about 111 USD per square foot), with approximately 48 square meters (about 517 square feet) of the total 66 square meters (about 710 square feet) being considered as "habitable basement."

daniels879 Nov 2016 11:36We left out the underfloor heating in the basement. It doesn't get really cold down there, and when it needs to be warmer occasionally, a small fan heater is enough. I’ve been working in the basement recently wearing just a T-shirt; I wasn’t cold. When having a party in the basement, the body heat from the people is usually sufficient. We don’t have any living spaces in the basement.
