Hello,
yes, please send the information from the linked post; especially a site plan where you can sketch the floor plan along with the garage would be helpful. (If you don’t want a garage, then just mark the required parking spaces; you’ll probably need at least one ;-) )

As some suggestions already: does having an office in the basement make sense or would it be better on the ground floor? I personally wouldn’t want to spend much time down there. ;-)
And where should the stairs to the basement start? If they are exactly below the stairs from the ground floor to the upper floor, the space between the first step and the wall facing the living room might be a bit tight.

@Maria16 ... 😉 .. I spontaneously wondered the same thing, why someone with a basement in the house would use the ground floor office as a storage room, and then place a home office, even if only for family use, in the basement 😉.

I’m also missing a site plan with a north arrow and maybe a few more dimensions on the floor plans.

Also, it would be good to see a plan showing how the kitchen is really supposed to look ... as currently drawn, a lot of usable floor space seems to be wasted.

Personally, I find the living/dining area quite large.

Having the shower upstairs partly in an area under the 2m (6 ft 7 in) height line is really not acceptable.
