Hello everyone,

We are planning to install foundations in the utility room of our house (new build). Now I am wondering whether we should use formwork tubes or concrete pipes.
Has anyone had experience with this...
What would you recommend?

Thank you for your reply

Hello Michael,

we also placed part of our garage foundations in the working area.

We used ordinary concrete planter rings, which were filled with reinforcement steel and then poured with concrete.

At our site, steel and concrete were poured into orange plastic pipes that looked like thicker sewer pipes. I think the important thing is that the concrete and reinforcement meet the structural requirements, not the exact method.
