ᐅ Utility Connection: Additional Capacity

Hello,
we are building a solid house on a slab foundation without a basement / KfW70 standard.

Since I wanted to create additional capacity for cables (to the garage, garden, etc.), I was considering an extra 100mm (4 inches) empty conduit in the utility room, incorporated during the slab foundation installation.
The site manager says that a shaft for a multi-utility connection will be provided. The utility companies prefer not to have other supply lines installed inside the pipes intended for the multi-utility connection.

Is the approach with the empty conduit outdated? Would it be better to drill holes after the slab is completed?
How have you solved this?

Could I possibly use a pipe from my MSH?
There is a black cap there.
This is probably normally used for gas, right?!

We did the same since we don’t have or want gas. The fourth conduit now goes into the garage for electricity and other utilities.
Does it really make sense to drill another hole somewhere else...?

If I can use the existing one, I don’t need to drill another hole.
How is such a shaft usually constructed?
I didn’t have the chance to take a look at it.
Is it a wide slot, or are all the holes visible in the cover plate generally drilled through the floor slab?
Then I would only need to push a conduit through and pull it out at the bottom in the pit.

Hmm, good question.
In our case, this was already installed and connected before pouring the concrete slab. There must also be a suitable cover for the fourth connection!

But an unnecessary hole (since we are not using gas) in the concrete slab would only cause problems with water leakage, tightness, and thermal bridging.
That is why I think I need to make a hole.
I will take a look at it when I get the chance and send a photo.

I was finally able to open the black cover.
There is already a conduit running through the building permit / planning permission and, alongside the other connections, it lies beneath the house.
I only need to connect this pipe to the conduit for the telecommunications fiber.
