Hello everyone,

We built our house in 2016 and moved in during 2017. After consulting and receiving calculations from various companies, we decided to install a ventilation system from Helios (Controlled Residential Ventilation EC 500).

Currently, I often notice that the system runs at the highest setting due to the internal humidity sensor.

How have you set yours up?
At the moment, the humidity sensor is set to 60%, but I have several hygrometers in the house that consistently show around 35-45%.

I am also interested in whether the fan speed settings are correct—perhaps someone has experience with this?
The following was calculated (current ventilation system settings in parentheses):
Humidity protection 86 m³ (exhaust air 5.2V / supply air 5.2V)
Reduced ventilation 176 m³ (5.8V / 5.8V)
Nominal ventilation 251 m³ (6.7V / 6.7V)
Intensive ventilation 327 m³ (7.5V / 7.5V)

The total air volume at medium power level was calculated as
Supply air 254 m³, exhaust air 252 m³

Thank you for sharing your experiences, and have a nice holiday!
