ᐅ Looking for the total height of an Ikea Metod base cabinet plus the plinth/baseboard.

Does anyone know the standard height of a Metod base cabinet and plinth combination?
Background: I am planning a new house and want to align the kitchen window perfectly with the kitchen layout. The countertop will then serve as the windowsill.
