ᐅ Floor plan of a residential building with office spaces (for commercial use)

Hello,
I am new here and wanted to share our current floor plan ideas.
Maybe someone has some suggestions or feedback.
We run our own company (a bus company) and are therefore building in an industrial area.
We already have a workshop building there and have separated the front part of the lot for a residential house.
The house will be fully used by us on the ground floor (including 2 offices that we will use for business purposes). The upper floor on the right side of the plan is also private. The left half is entirely for business use, with offices and a break room, etc. This part will have a separate staircase from the commercial property side, so it is completely separated from the private part.

The terrace faces south, the entrance is on the east side.
Our workshop building is located behind the house (to the north).
