We have been planning our floor plan for over a year.
Wow. And how long have you been working on this model? Please also make sure to include a site plan with measurements.

Myrna_Loy25 Feb 2022 08:47Reduce the kitchen length by one meter (3 feet 3 inches). A line length of 3.60 meters (12 feet) is still more than sufficient.

Nice-Nofret25 Feb 2022 09:19Please define what you mean by "town villa" and describe exactly what that should be for you.
Neither the upper floor nor the ground floor works particularly well. You have to carry furniture and laundry baskets up the stairs and through the narrow hallways...
There is not enough space for a coat area, and the utility rooms on the right side of the ground floor are far too convoluted, which doesn’t work. The floor plan creates unnecessary circulation space without storage. The upper floor is also not very practical, with many traffic paths and little storage.
However, without a site plan, plot details, cadastral map, completed checklist, etc., there is little useful advice that can be given.
