Hello,
we have received offers from two general contractors for the construction of a KfW 55 energy-efficient house. Both GCs propose using the Unipor W08 brick with a thickness of 36.5 cm (14.4 inches) for the exterior walls.
Do you have any experience with these bricks or have you used them yourselves in house construction? The general contractors praise the brick very highly...
Does anyone have an idea about the price range of this brick? (Is it especially affordable compared to comparable ones from Schlagmann or Wienerberger?)
Greetings from Schlagmann country 🙂

The general contractors praise the brick in the highest terms.... The basic concept of bricks with cream filling isn't exactly new.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it is about Unipor W08-PLAN and not CORISO. Even without the cream filling, you can clearly tell the manufacturer of the brick.
