Since I am now considering whether we actually need a ventilation system, I received a quote from the builder for a decentralized ventilation system integrated into the roller shutter casing.

It is this system ROKA-THERM[emoji768] 2 RG AIRFOX[emoji768] L

Does anyone have any experience with it?

Ask him if you can listen to it somewhere where it has been installed. Whether the noises are disturbing is very subjective.

He has not installed it yet so far.

Hmm, buying without testing first... I would really recommend trying it out beforehand. Roller shutter boxes especially can act as resonance chambers...
