Hello,

Since I am now considering whether we actually need a ventilation system, I received a quote from the builder for a decentralized ventilation system integrated into the roller shutter casing.

It is this system ROKA-THERM[emoji768] 2 RG AIRFOX[emoji768] L

Does anyone have any experience with it?

Regards, Daniel

Sure, but probably not near me [emoji45]

Make sure to test it yourself first! I haven’t come across any decentralized system that convinced me in terms of noise level.

And then the big question: what is the asking price for that? I assume that for a bungalow like yours, a central ventilation system classified as "residential" will be used. It is questionable whether that is much more expensive.

Central ventilation system costs just under 9,000 euros.
The roller shutter system is 4,800 euros, but only because the roller shutters were already planned as electric; otherwise, it would be more.

I would suggest giving this some serious thought. While 4,000 is quite a bit of money, comparing both systems for this rather "marginal" amount seems reasonable to me. Weigh the pros and cons of each system.

Sure,
that's why I'm looking for experiences with the affordable system.
But unfortunately, no one has any.
