I have been reading through some posts here and maybe you can help me.
Yesterday, we received confirmation that we have secured a building plot.
I have been researching for some time and have already visited Fingerhaus.
Which prefabricated house companies would you recommend and have you had good experiences with in terms of value for money?
We plan to build without a basement, and it will be a semi-detached house.
We are open to all suggestions, or do you think it would be better to build with solid construction? It’s a difficult decision overall.
I hope you can help shed some light on this.

Among other things, hidden costs and warranty were very important topics here.
As mentioned before, and as the saying goes, you only build once.
I’m open to any information regarding this.
That’s why I kindly ask you to share your experiences on this matter.
I have read enough here, and as you all know, there is a wide range of choices.
One provider can promise a lot. Therefore, I prefer to hear from people who actually have experience—what I should pay attention to and perhaps mistakes to avoid that you have encountered.
We are located near Ingolstadt.

we built with Bien-Zenker. As long as the warranty was still valid (5 years), the damages were repaired after much discussion and threats of legal action.
But after that, everything stopped!!! You don’t even get any answers from the company to questions anymore!!!
I strongly advise against signing a contract with Bien-Zenker!!! Feel free to contact me by private email for more information about their behavior.
