Hello dear home builders,
Do you have a water softening system? Is it really worth it, or is it just a money-making scheme?
Our architect recommended one to us, but the question is whether the 3000 euros really justify it.
I think that’s a lot of money.

That’s why we only have a line in the kitchen (sink) where the water does not go through the water softener … and that’s the water we drink ...We do the same, because the softened water doesn’t taste as good as the original water.

Clever.....great!
Maybe the landlord is just a nice person who didn’t expect to be taken advantage of like that, but understandably will be tough with the next tenant. 🙁
A full bath every day—but only because the landlord is foolish... haha... great attitude—you have to admit, that’s an original approach.
Personally, I would just turn all the water taps fully on and let it run down the drain... haha, the landlord is a total idiot... um, who was the idiot again here??
Exactly... rarely have I read something so arrogantly ignorant.

Not at all. That’s why I treat myself to a full bath almost every day.
We have a flat-rate fixed rent.

Yes, the landlord is a total idiot. I only pay the electricity myself, and everything else is included at the local going rate for basic rent. He didn’t realize that at the time of signing the lease, so I had the rent fixed for five years right away.
Clever.....great!

Maybe the landlord is just a kind person who didn’t expect to be treated so foolishly, but understandably will be strict with the next tenant because of this. 🙁
Taking a full bath every day – but only because the landlord is clueless... haha... great attitude – you really have to come up with that first.
Personally, I would just turn on all the water taps fully and let it run down the drain... haha the landlord is such an idiot... um, wait, who was the idiot here again??

Hopefully, in the new house, he at least gets to use the bathtub once in a while... with costs being what they are these days 😱 😱
