Hello everyone,
this thread is about current offers/prices for photovoltaic systems on single-family houses.
It would be helpful to have transparent prices including system size and price per kWp.

To make comparisons easier, a general indication of the region and any specific conditions (e.g., multi-family house at 10m (33 feet) height, difficult access, etc.) would be useful.
Prices are rising sharply at the moment.
If this thread sparks interest, I would be glad.

Scaffolding and some minor modifications to the distribution box were also involved. There is no formal inspection for photovoltaic systems. The (certified) electrician connects the system and registers the commissioning with the grid operator. That’s it. If the latter insists on visiting again at their own expense, they are welcome to do so. By the way, meter replacement is free of charge. So it’s best not to sign anything from the grid operator or metering service provider, then the Renewable Energy Act simply applies.

The last offer before Easter was €1300 for 15 kWp with installation still in 2022.

Is that gross or net?
I assume net, but it’s always helpful to specify. I also had to get used to this at first and understand why net numbers are almost always used in the photovoltaic sector.

I always mix it up. Without tax, of course. You get that back after a few weeks anyway.

PS: @moHouse Looking at your house, the installation was probably cheap, but the yields likely weren’t that great, right? ;-)

I can currently confirm approximately 1300 EUR net per kWp (for a 13 kWp system). In our case, it is also rather expensive due to the Rhine-Main area.

Yes, that’s why you should always compare the net amounts IF you (the original poster) choose the standard taxation scheme. That makes the most sense, especially during the first five years. But there are also people who don’t want to deal with the paperwork and opt for the small business regulation instead.

Wow... that really took me a while to get! 😀

That’s already a good offer.
We obtained two quotes for 9.6 kWp.
The first one was around €1460 per kWp, the other €1320 (net). Both excluded scaffolding and assumed installation in conduit pipes pre-installed by the electrician.
Other providers said they could only give an offer in October... One only has availability for consultation meetings in December (!!!).

With the second provider, the modules will be installed right after the roof covering, but the connection will only happen in December/January. The full fixed price will only be due after completion. I don’t think I can complain.
