TmMike_2Hello everyone,
this thread is about current offers/prices for photovoltaic systems on single-family houses.
It would be helpful to have transparent prices including system size and price per kWp.
To make comparisons easier, a general indication of the region and any specific conditions (e.g., multi-family house at 10m (33 feet) height, difficult access, etc.) would be useful.
Prices are rising sharply at the moment.
If this thread sparks interest, I would be glad.

I feel the same way as @Patricck.
Comparing offers with other users doesn’t help.
I went through this process two months ago.
Received the first quote. Gathered opinions from people I know. The clear consensus: “Way too expensive! They’re trying to rip you off. Try XYZ!”
Then, over a period of five weeks, I requested additional quotes.
The offers came in weekly, and each one was higher than the previous.
So I went back to the first company. Even among my contacts, the response was just, “Well… I guess that’s just how it is now.”
Last week, a neighbor said they got a better price from a local solar installer. He had just requested a fresh quote.
Just for fun, I called them. Installation if ordered immediately: in 18 months!
Of course, with a price escalation clause.
So, there’s really no point in comparing offers with others.
Negotiating right now isn’t feasible anyway. There are plenty of other customers waiting in line behind you.

In the past, 10 kW systems were priced between 15,000 and 20,000 depending on the roof and region. So, back then, that was too expensive. Before 2021, you could expect around 1,000 €/kWp all inclusive starting from 10 kWp. In 2021, I still paid 1,058 €/kWp in the expensive Baden-Württemberg region. Shortly after, the Panama situation occurred, and since then everything has gone crazy...
The last offer before Easter was 1,300 €/kWp for 15 kWp including installation in 2022.

The last offer before Easter was €1300 for 15 kWp, with installation still in 2022. Thanks. So all in, including inverter, mounting system, connections, and handover inspection, right?
That helps me, thanks.
