Hello everyone,
We are already planning how our house should look (plot located in Baden Württemberg, facing southeast). But when it comes to drawing, I really have two left hands! I just can’t come up with any ideas on how to draw it. Building and hands-on work suit me better.
What we have so far doesn’t make me happy and doesn’t really impress me...
Everything looks somewhat copied, like “Here, take this.”
But I think you should enjoy living in your home for many years, feeling like “This is where I belong.”
If anyone knows a creative person who can help us with some drawings, I’d be happy to gather all the information and send it over.
(Plot plan, ideas, wishes, etc.)
We are planning about 70–80 sqm (750–860 sq ft) per floor, with two full stories.
Many thanks to the community here...

Everyone here has already told you what you need.
If you still have no clear idea of what you want, then you need an architect who can put your wishes on paper for a fee.
If you already have a rough draft but are unsatisfied due to a lack of creativity and just want some ideas, then you should post your draft here, fill out the questionnaire, and hope that some users will take the time to help you.
You probably won’t find a “low-cost” architect/draftsperson/other professional for a blank plan here.

We are also building with an architect.
When I first met with him, I already had an idea of how I wanted my house to look. He provided an initial draft free of charge at first. However, more important to me was the feeling that the design was right. After commissioning him, we revised the draft several times until we were satisfied.
I recommend that you think about it yourself beforehand and go to the architect with a good sketch, because every revision costs time and money. And if, after looking through countless images online and visiting show villages (if you haven’t been to one yet, it’s worth a visit), you still don’t have an idea—because there really is everything out there—then I honestly don’t know what exactly you are missing! You should definitely be clear about what matters to you first, otherwise the architect or even someone here in the forum might show you 10 drawings and you’ll just say: no, that’s not creative enough.

We are the ones who enjoy drawing here.
Some of us invest quite a bit of time. Collective knowledge, along with a questionnaire and understanding of the plot, is, in my opinion, necessary.
But: I don’t intend to schedule a lot of time here, since time is money after all... I have to manage my household and renovations alongside my full-time job.
When I photograph real estate, I earn around €300 for about 4 hours...
That’s why here I only contribute improvements and suggestions for catalog floor plans. By the way, Kerstin, Katja, and I have already done quite a bit of drawing here with a lot of thought and effort... unfortunately, the original posters haven’t even engaged with it yet 🙁
But back to the “creative”... You don’t have to reinvent the house. Someone here always says: the mason should be able to “draw” the house design in the snow with his urine for it to be a good design. Creativity can also mean, in this context, planning too much complexity, where after entering the house you have to search for the entrance to the living area, or only being able to place existing furniture and then nothing else, and so on.
It can also mean that a straightforward design, while similar to many others, is simply functional and well thought out.
Creativity is usually needed when the zoning plan (building permit / planning permission) doesn’t allow what you have in mind, or when the plot is awkwardly shaped, the neighbor’s building is unattractive, or there’s a tree in the middle of the plot that you want to integrate.

It’s good that there are so many posts here, but some people should learn to read When you are new to a forum, the first thing to do is actually to get familiar with how things work here. Then, with little time

I have been reading here for a "few days" already. and perhaps the personal goal to "learn to read," you would have also found this section:

(in third place in the list of forum sections)
😉 😉. Plenty of examples showing how you can often find very creative input here. However, you do need to engage with the discussion.
