Hi,
I need to ask about something different now:
Since we started building our house, I practically can’t sleep in anymore. I feel fine otherwise, sleep 8 hours – completely normal – but I’m extremely tired. I’m not stressed or worried at all. I’m actually very happy that we’re building and already excited about the house. But during the day, I almost fall asleep standing up. Is that normal? Does this happen to others as well? Is it normal to feel so drained while building a house?
I hope this will go away after moving in, and even though I’ll be completely exhausted, I’ll still be happy. What do you think?

The green ones (based on hops) saved me. I was exhausted due to sleep disorders and couldn’t really get started. If I drink enough hops (cold brew), I can sleep perfectly well too. D.
Sorry RammyL – I just had to take advantage of that setup.
Hi, just wanted to quickly chime in that we are nearing the end of the build and my sleep problems have significantly decreased. I also saw a doctor because I was having trouble breathing; they gave me something, and maybe all of that combined is why I feel more refreshed now. So I think it’s probably about 90% stress after all.
