The greenhouse is made of 4mm (approx. 5/32 inch) twin-wall polycarbonate panels. For stability, I would always recommend using 6mm (approx. 1/4 inch) panels. It is certainly possible to place a greenhouse next to a garden shed externally. However, I would always plan for at least one meter (approx. 3 feet) of space between the two structures, which can be used for temporary storage without it being immediately visible (wheelbarrow, garden soil, etc.).

Even our greenhouse, which is more than twice that size, is actually still a bit small for our needs. But, of course, everyone has to decide how big it should be depending on the available space and how they intend to use it. You could mark the corresponding area in your garden to get a better idea of whether it’s large enough for you.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to see whether there is a panel wall made of twin-wall sheets between the greenhouse and the garden shed, probably not. This means that the humid air inside the greenhouse won’t be carried away well by the wind, so I imagine that the adjacent wooden wall might be exposed to considerable moisture and could therefore deteriorate faster than the other walls. But as I said, that’s just a guess.
If possible, I would store garden tools and anything else you want to keep in the garden shed inside the garage or somewhere similar, and instead spend the money on a larger greenhouse.
And now, about the costs. I quickly searched online and found the following:
Greenhouse from about 200 € (approx. $215)
Garden shed from about 400 € (approx. $430)
Each about 3.7 m² (40 sq ft) in size.
That totals about 600 € (approx. $645), plus shipping costs, of course. Considering the item you’ve selected costs at least about 1100 € (approx. $1180), you could save several hundred euros by putting something like this together yourself.
