I believe most of you with two full stories have a cold roof, meaning the insulation is placed directly on the concrete ceiling. Have you installed a ventilation grille in the area of the wall plate/eaves?

Grantlhaua18 Mar 2020 09:35I have been looking into this since yesterday and I’m still not quite sure about it. From what I can understand, ventilation at the junction with the masonry is not necessary if a vapor barrier has been installed. But I’m not certain if that is correct.
