Hello,
we are planning a single-family house with a gable roof; the knee wall height in the finished attic will be about 160cm (63 inches).
Our builder has proposed the following floor plan:
Link no longer works!
We like it overall, especially the walk-in tiled shower without a necessary enclosure (door) in front, which we definitely want. However, a lot of space seems wasted... so we have a question:
Does anyone have ideas or suggestions for improvements?
Thank you very much

I think the bathroom layout is well done. Are you planning to have two sinks? We decided against two and chose one larger sink instead. This way, we have space for a cabinet. In your case, a small cabinet could also fit next to it. Maybe consider changing the window opening direction?

for a knee wall of 1.60 m (5 feet 3 inches), the 2 m (6 feet 7 inches) line moves quite far inward... so if the bathroom is to scale, there is no wasted space there.
