Hello everyone,
we are currently planning our house and having some difficulty deciding on a bathroom layout. There are two options. Maybe you have some tips or suggestions on which design would be better or what could possibly be changed. In bathroom 1, I’m concerned about the toilet being right behind the door. In bathroom 2, the door is supposed to open towards the sink.

One more tip: You have the space, so think about whether you really want to stick with the 170cm (67 inches) bathtub. I would never go back to 170 again. It always depends on how tall you are and what expectations you have for your bathtub.
If we weren’t planning on having children, I wouldn’t have installed a bathtub at all 😀 — let alone paid even a cent more to get a bigger one.
kbt09 I didn’t even consider that in Bathroom 1 I constantly have to climb over the bathtub to reach the window. I think we are leaning towards Bathroom 2. @SoL unfortunately, no larger bathtub than 170cm (67 inches) fits if the shower is 120cm (47 inches), but I think that should be enough. @Prager91 if we didn’t have children, just the shower would be enough for me. Besides, only the children bathe in there no one else 🙂
