ᐅ Alternative to Alno kitchens? Are there better kitchen suppliers?

We purchased an Alnokitchen from a furniture store back in spring 2017. Unfortunately, the house construction has been delayed, so the kitchen can only be installed next summer. We are staying calm for now, despite Alno’s insolvency, since the contract is with the furniture store. However, as I don’t have much knowledge about the manufacturers, I’m unsure what alternative options might be available or advisable. What would be a comparable competitor? I’ve heard something about Nolte...? Does anyone have any tips? I want to be able to assess that I’m not being offered an inferior provider.

I think Nolte is great and know many people who have one. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford Nolte and ended up with a Nobilia kitchen. :-( But overall, I find everything quite similar. Some solutions are better here or there... It’s a matter of taste and budget...

I really don’t like the module size at Nolte; I find the 6-module grid for 78cm (31 inches) high carcasses much more practical.

Best regards

We ordered a kitchen from Schüller for our new build. Nine years ago, we also bought a Schüller kitchen for our current apartment, and we are still completely satisfied with it today.

At the beginning of 2017, we also purchased/ordered an Alno (Satina) kitchen with a delivery date set for 02/2018. As the problems with Alno became more specific, the kitchen showroom contacted us to discuss alternatives. Since Schüller has the same cabinet heights, etc., it was recommended to us.
