which system would be most worthwhile for me:
- 80m² (860 sq ft) bungalow, KfW 40 standard
- Underfloor heating throughout the house
- I work from home, so I am in the house 24/7
- New build
Is there any worthwhile combination? Heat pump with photovoltaic system? Combined heat and power unit?

In short: Apart from missing information, the construction project is so small that heating costs should be very low with that level of insulation, regardless of the system used. You just have to avoid oversizing. I imagine that even a gas condensing boiler with modulation would already be too powerful.
However, there are some very efficient and affordable air-to-water heat pumps (one well-known Panasonic model mentioned in other forums) that have low capacity/modulation and are inexpensive to purchase.
Otherwise, the choice also depends on your "green conscience" or your enthusiasm for technology, for example, photovoltaic panels with battery storage combined with a heat pump.
