Hello,

I have a question for you.

We want to set up a Biohort garden shed where all the gardening tools and bicycles will be stored.

My question is, is it worth installing electricity in the shed, for example to have a light on the ceiling or one or two power outlets to charge batteries?

The question is also how often do you go to the garden shed when it’s dark; probably not very often.

Well, that's something you have to decide for yourself whether it's worth it. I would find it annoying to have to turn on the flashlight on my smartphone every time I’m looking for something.

and we use the power outlets in the garden shed for the Christmas lights, charging device batteries, and other purposes besides lighting.

I wanted to gather some experiences and opinions from you on whether it would be worth it or not.

We are also installing outdoor sockets that we will use for a robotic lawn mower and lights.

How often do you go to the tool shed when it’s dark?

Switching to an e-bike and needing to charge the battery... do you want to remove the battery every time and take it inside the house?

EDIT: Or you come home at night with the bikes and want to park them properly?

In the evenings, after finishing garden work.
Maybe you’re planning to set up a small workbench in there, want to saw, drill, or grind… The hedge trimmer battery needs charging.
I wouldn’t do without it.
