We built our house four years ago, but unfortunately, we didn’t consider our living area well enough. Now we’re stuck and don’t know what to do. The wall color and the placement of the sofa (Sofacompany Dane 2.85m x 2.85m (9.35 ft x 9.35 ft)) are giving us headaches. Maybe you have a bright idea for arranging this space.

Who are we? A family of five.

It doesn’t bother us. We even often watch it :p

The TV "always gets in the way" because living rooms nowadays have to be designed around the television. It’s quite strange that humanity has spent the last 50 years planning furniture arrangements primarily to ensure that all other pieces are placed so that one can comfortably watch an entertainment device roughly one square meter in size from multiple angles. This isn’t a critique of media, but admittedly a typical First World problem. We’re affected by this too, but we solved it with a projector and a retractable screen. 😉

Our TV mount can swivel, rotate, and also tilt. Just get the appropriate wall bracket.

We will first take some time to consider the total cost situation…. only the carpet will be returned.

What size TVs do you have in your living rooms? Ours is a 65-inch.

It doesn’t really matter what others have. You choose the size you want or that fits your room.
Some have a 15 m² (160 ft²) living room, others 50…60 m² (540…650 ft²).
