I am honestly shocked right now. Our construction company just informed me that they want 21.4% more money due to price increases in the building industry. At the moment, I am still stunned and can’t think clearly.

The 0.6% applies only for 6 months. After that, it will be added on top of the prevailing price level. It seems we are truly in the same boat...

SHIT.

However, I fear that you have no legal grounds to challenge this price increase. You might possibly have a special termination right, but in the end, that won't help either, as all companies have raised their prices just like your provider.
